Our new feature, Live Lessons, needed to have some animated assets to add more personality.
These assets would be used for our e-mail campaigns and within the application itself.
Here is my first version for an introductory splash screen.
The red dot at the top would serve like blinking record light of a camera.
For a second option, I wanted to lean into the idea of a live broadcast, so I added static and radio waves to elevate the idea.
The assets below are options to be utilized within the application or video to present the tutor and customer. The orbiting red dot could be chosen to maintain consistency, or a flag to represent the language being learned.
